Appointments
To ensure that you have an amazing experience at New Evolution Salon, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment will result in an appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.
All cancellations require 24-hour advance notice, no show/no calls will result in a forfeit of your $25 deposit.
All new clients or clients that have not been serviced at New Evolution Salon within the last 6 months are required to schedule a consultation before being serviced. Thank you.
Children 12 years or younger are required to be accompanied by a parent.

Deposits
A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. This deposit will go toward your services. All clients of the salon must have a credit card on file in order to make an appointment with our online booking system.

All permanent color, keratin treatment, and extension services require a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. A 50% deposit is required for these services and is due when booking.

Consultations
To better serve you, all new and existing clients who have not been serviced at New Evolution Salon for 6 months or more are required to schedule a consultation prior to your first service appointment. Please allow 30 minutes for all consultations.. Please bring pictures of your desired style.
The consultation fee is $25.00 and is a separate charge from your scheduled service. The fee must be paid in full at the time of booking the consultation appointment.
Waiting Area
Our reception area is for clients who are being serviced only. Please, no extra guests are permitted to wait in the salon unless they are being serviced. One parent is permitted to remain with child/children 12 years or younger.
Payments
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for services and products. Gratuities are also welcomed in cash. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.

Extension Removal
Please be advised that we only remove extensions that have been installed at New Evolution Salon.

Refunds - Salon
If for any reason there was an error or mistake with a cut, color, or extension service ONLY, we will gladly adjust the cut or color within five (5) days of the original appointment at no additional charge with the original stylist. Refunds within 5 days of service for cut, color, and extension services ONLY.

Refunds - Raw by Rita
Our hope is that you’ll love RawByRita Hair, however, we extend the money-back guarantee to all customers to ensure quality. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Once the product is received you can expect your refund within 24 to 48 hours in the form in which it was received. All hair must be returned unused, intact, and in its original packaging. Thank you.
